Extra charges are quoted first. Second-line pulls, dollies for seized wheels or garage access are priced before work starts.

How fast can you get to me in Chicago?
Our average arrival time is 25–40 minutes inside the city and 30–50 minutes in the suburbs. Rush hour on the Kennedy, Dan Ryan or Eisenhower, heavy snow and severe storms can add time — dispatch gives you a realistic ETA on the call and texts you a driver update, not a fantasy number.
How much does a tow cost in Chicago?
Local light-duty tows start at $89 for the hook-up plus $4.50 per mile after the first 5 miles. Jump starts and lockouts start at $65, tire changes at $75. You get the full price before the truck is dispatched — no surprise fees on arrival. See the full rate table.
Are you open 24 hours, including holidays?
Yes. Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — nights, weekends, Thanksgiving, Christmas and the middle of a lake-effect blizzard. There is no after-hours surcharge.
Do you tow all-wheel-drive, EVs and lowered cars?
Yes. We run flatbeds with low-angle approach ramps and soft-strap wheel lifts — the correct way to move AWD vehicles, EVs (Tesla, Rivian, Ioniq, Mach-E) and lowered or exotic cars without drivetrain, bumper or undertray damage. Tell dispatch what you drive and the right truck gets assigned.
Do you work with insurance and motor clubs?
We bill most major insurers and motor clubs directly, and we can provide an itemized invoice with timestamped photos for any claim or reimbursement. Mention your policy or membership when you call and dispatch will confirm what's covered.
Can you get my car out of an underground garage or a tight alley?
Yes. We keep low-clearance wheel-lift trucks specifically for Chicago parking decks, tight alleys and permit-zone streets where a full-size flatbed physically cannot fit. If you know the garage clearance height, tell us — it speeds up truck assignment.
My car was towed by the City. Can you get it back?
If the City of Chicago impounded your vehicle, it has to be released to you from the city auto pound — no private company can release it. Once it's released, we'll happily tow it from the pound to your home, mechanic or body shop.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and direct insurance billing. Drivers carry card readers and email your receipt on the spot.
